Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

To back this up, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee if you do not pass the entrance exams for the University of the Philippines (UP), Ateneo de Manila University (Ateneo), De La Salle University (DLSU), and the University of Santo Tomas (UST). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Guarantee Coverage

This Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to students who:

1. Complete our full CET review program.

2. Fail to gain admission to all four universities: UP, Ateneo, DLSU, and UST.

2. Qualification Criteria

To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

a. Completion of the Review Program

Students must "finish" the review program at least 2 days before the date of their first college entrance exam (among the four covered universities).

"Finish" is defined as:

• Obtaining a minimum grade of 78% on all program exams.

• Completing all required lessons, activities, and mock tests in the program.

Note:  Students may retake program exams unlimited times to meet the 78% grade requirement.

b. Proof of Non-Admission

Students must provide official documentation as proof of non-passing for all four university entrance exams. Acceptable forms of proof include:

• Rejection letters or notifications from the universities.

• Official test result documents showing non-qualification.

3. Claim Submission

To request a refund, students must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving their final rejection letter from the last university that replied to the university they applied to.

Claims must include:

• Proof of non-admission to UP, Ateneo, DLSU, and UST.

• Proof of program completion (e.g., certificate of completion, exam grades).

• Bank account details for processing the refund (see Section #5).

• Claims should be sent to [insert email or address].

4. Exclusions

The Money-Back Guarantee will not apply under the following circumstances:

• Students who do not meet the program completion requirements.

• Students who fail to attend their scheduled entrance exams.

• Students who miss application deadlines for any of the four universities.

• Students who fail to provide the required proof of non-admission.

• Students who are disqualified due to misconduct, cheating, or non-compliance with university application policies.

5. Refund Process

Approved refund claims will be processed within 30 business days of claim approval.

Refunds for payments made via credit or debit card will be issued via bank transfer. Students will be required to provide their bank account details securely during the claim process.

Refunds for other payment methods will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Any applicable administrative or processing fees will not be refunded.

6. Additional Notes

This policy applies only to first-time test-takers for the respective university entrance exams.

The Money-Back Guarantee covers the review program fee only and does not include other expenses (e.g., university application fees, exam fees, transportation, etc.).

7. Modification and Final Decision

CETreview.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The company’s decision on all claims is final.
